If Manufacturing Month is a cause for celebration — and in Northeast Wisconsin, it most certainly is — the Manufacturing First Expo and Conference is the party.
The largest annual manufacturing conference in the state, Manufacturing First returns to Green Bay’s Resch Expo for the third-consecutive year.
“Resch Expo has proven to be the ideal location for this one-of-a-kind event,” says Brian Rasmussen, publisher of Insight, which stages the event annually in partnership with the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance and presenting sponsorship from First Business Bank. “It has allowed us to expand the number of educational and breakout sessions we offer, increase the number of exhibitors on the floor, and really bring the party during Power Hour.”
Manufacturing First 2024, the all-day event’s 14th iteration, is set for Oct. 30. Registration is open at manufacturingfirst.com, and early-bird registration rates run through Sept. 7. This year’s keynote speaker is Steve Jones of Jadin Jones Coaching and Consulting, who will present “Developing Leaders Who Grow a Winning Culture.” Jones’ keynote will be followed by breakout sessions covering some of the most pressing issues facing the industry and the New North region. Simultaneously, the expo floor with more than 225 booths will be open for networking and exploration. The event concludes with Power Hour, where attendees can win raffle prizes while enjoying a cocktail reception.
