Brander Construction Technology Inc., a Green Bay- based structural engineering and consulting firm, announced Jake Jeanquart and Bradley Geisthardt have joined the firm as engineers.

DFB Wealth Planning, Oshkosh, hired Megan Kok as its marketing coordinator. She will lead the firm in coordinating all marketing and public relations initiatives.

Dave Coggins, executive vice president–agricultural banking at Investors Community Bank in Manitowoc, was named chairman of the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Agricultural Bankers Section Board.

The H.S. Group Inc. announced Peter Bilski has joined the company as director of human resource consulting/development.

He will provide HR consulting in numerous areas including employee/labor relations, executive coaching, compensation and benefits, recruitment, environmental health and safety as well as and staff development and training.

Prophet Marketing announced the promotion of several staff members: Emily Katers to process manager, Rachel Cunningham to senior designer, Lisa Pritzl to agency director and Rachael Rogers to art director.

Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts and the Wisconsin Arts Board announced Kevin Miller, THELMA’s executive director, is the new chairman of the statewide board.

THELMA also announced the return of Rick Miller and Pat Miller and Ron Emanuel and Terri Emanuel as co-chairs of the 15th annual Windy Dinner THELMA Style, the largest fundraising event for Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts.

Anthony T. Busch, owner of Priora Cash Flow Management LLC, was recognized as the SBA 2015 Financial Services Champion in Wisconsin.

Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company announced Mike Alexander has joined the organization as senior vice president of commercial lines, overseeing all aspects of commercial lines operations and sales.

Hanson Benefits added Carrie Abraham as account manager. As a licensed agent, she comes to the company with over 20 years of experience providing account and sales support in the benefits field.

O’Connor Connective LLC, De Pere, announced the addition of Susan Baranczyk as marketing will be responsible for partnering with clients to hone strategy, developing and executing marketing communication plans.

Sheryl L. Van Gruensven, director of human resources for UW-Green Bay, will assume additional duties as the institution’s interim vice chancellor for business and finance, filling the position vacated by Kelly J. Franz, who is retiring.

The University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents approved promotions or tenure for 17 UW-Green Bay faculty members. Faculty members promoted from assistant professor to the rank of associate professor with tenure are Tohoro Francis Akakpo, Social Work; Hernan Fernandez-Meardi, Humanistic Studies; T. Heather Herdman, Nursing; Minkyu Lee, Art and Design; Deirdre Radosevich, Human Development; Courtney Sherman, Music; Alison Stehlik, Art and Design; Mussie Teclezion, Business Administration; Gail Trimberger, Social Work; and Le Zhu, Human Biology.

The Regents also approved moving the following individuals from associate professor to the senior rank of full professor: Lucy Arendt, Business Administration; Mathew Dornbush, Natural and Applied Sciences; Susan Gallagher- Lepak, Nursing; Catherine Henze, Humanistic Studies; John A. Luczaj, Natural and Applied Sciences; Bryan D. Vescio, Humanistic Studies; and Amy T. Wolf, Natural and Applied Sciences.

Additionally, the UW System Board of Regents made official the concurrent appointment of Gary L. Miller as a full professor with tenure in the Natural and Applied Sciences academic unit.

The Rotary Club of Appleton honored Mary Harp Jirschele as the 2015 Rotarian of the Year. The award is the highest honor given to a club member and is bestowed upon an individual who demonstrates outstanding service as a Rotarian, exceptional leadership, exceptional service within the club, or noteworthy contribution to the community.

Admiral Asset Management LLC, a registered investment advisor and subsidiary of Baylake Corp., announced the appointment of Megan Heintzkill, certified financial planner, as director of financial planning. Heintzkill joined Admiral with over 15 years of investment management experience.

Randy Van Straten of Bellin Health and Mark Rourke of Schneider were named to the board of directors of New North Inc. Additionally, Tim Schneider, chief executive officer of Investors Community Bank, Manitowoc, has been named as treasurer of New North Inc.

Fox Communities Credit Union added Chris Blajeski as a consumer loan officer.

First National Bank–Fox Valley announced the promotions of Heather Bytof to customer care banker lead, Beth Meisel to retail operations specialist and Rebekah Baker to mortgage and consumer loan assistant.

Laminations, part of Great Northern Corporation’s Specialty Group, announced Todd Hainer and Aaron Sass have both accepted new positions inside the company.

Denmark State Bank announced the following employee promotions: Sara Halfmann, assistant vice president – mortgage banking; Chuck Rabitz, assistant vice president – agribusiness banker; Lisa Waters, assistant vice president – regional branch manager; Mary Kropp, assistant vice president – branch manager; Mark Hoefs, assistant vice president – business banker; Christine Mueller, assistant vice president and senior internal auditor; Kim Andre, vice president; and David Kappelman, senior vice president – agribusiness lending. The bank also announced Steve Dill as vice president of business banking for Denmark State Bank and John Rehn as vice president and business banking manager.

Miron Construction Co. Inc. recently made four corporate hires for its headquarters in Neenah: Eric Marcoe as Miron’s new dream coach, Marty Jensen as project manager, Dan Schneider as network manager and Christine Bohl as marketing coordinator.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber added Peter Zaehringer as vice president of economic development.

KELLER Inc. announced the promotion of Adam Cohen to Expeditor. Cohen has been with Keller for the past ten years working in the Finish Carpentry Division as a Craftsman and most recently a Leadman since 2011. As an Expeditor, he is responsible for the coordination of all subcontractors and material ordering.

Larry Burkhardt resigned as executive vice president of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership, pursuing a new position as the director of economic development for the City of Sacramento in Sacramento, California.

Sondra Norder, president and chief executive officer of St. Paul Elder Services Inc.received a Tomorrow’s Leaders Award from the Catholic Health Association.

Omni Glass & Paint Inc. announced the addition of Melissa Schmidt as its new Human Resource Manager. Schmidt will lead all human resource efforts for Omni Glass & Paint by working with nearly 200 employees across five locations.

Oshkosh Corporation announced the appointment of Steven C. Mizell, executive vice president and chief human resources officer of Monsanto Company, to its board of directors.

Khrome announced a new employee position and a new employee hired: Bobbie Fredericks has been named operations manager for the firm, while Mackenzie Hanus has been hired as account executive assistant.
