Tweet/Garot Mechanical promoted Christopher Howald from vice president of administration to chief executive officer. Tim Howald is stepping down from the role. The company also announced the hiring of three systems programmers/technicians to staff its building automation department: Tim Krempien, Bill Diermeier and Dan Bush.

Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities announced Heidi Zich has been named executive vice president. Zich has worked for the organization, formerly Valley Home Builders Association, since 2001. The group also promoted Megan Schlimm to director of marketing and events and hired Samantha Froehlich as its membership and communications coordinator.

Associated Bank’s Chris LeFever was promoted to community bank president to lead the bank’s commercial banking activities in the Fox Valley.

Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin hired Len Severson as trade general manager. Working out of company headquarters in Green Bay, he will run the trade sales team, operations, customer service and the three additional showrooms in Appleton, Brookfield and Madison.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber announced Terri Trantow, market president/private client group managing director for US Bank, as the 2015 recipient of its ATHENA Award. In 2014, she was named one of 26 women out of a workforce of 66,000 to be part of The Women Leaders in Action. Outside the office, Trantow is the incoming chair for the Neville Public Museum Foundation Board, a board member of First Tee, a member of the St. Norbert College Presidents Advisory Board, a member of the Community Advisory Board for St. Vincent Hospital and is vice president of the St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation Board.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber also announced Patrick Hopkins of Imaginasium Inc., won the Daniel Whitney Award.

Investors Community Bank hired Jim Smidel as an agricultural banking officer. The bank also promoted Robert Seal to business banker and announced Elena Staabs, ag credit analyst II, and Mark Ludtke, ag banking officer, graduated from the Wisconsin Bankers Association Agricultural Lending School.

First National Bank-Fox Valley hired Linda Zietlow as a senior relationship banker, Stephanie Miller as customer care manager and Megan Reetz as mortgage processing and underwriting specialist. The bank also promoted Lynn Lang to mortgage operations supervisor and Holly Milhaupt to mortgage processing/underwriting lead.

Alliance Manufacturing hired Tim Schilcher as a sales engineer.

Two new associates joined Skyline Technologies: Marsha Handrick, senior accountant; and Matt Pluster, managing consultant – business intelligence.

Jeffrey A. Medin, has been named the MACC Fund Professor in the department of pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Cherney Microbiological Services, Ltd. hired Nicole Angelucci as a sales representative.

Doug Trost, St. Francis Home president & chief executive officer, is serving as chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for LeadingAge Wisconsin.

The Independent Community Bankers of America announced John Slatky, Bank of Luxemburg, was re-elected to the ICBA Federal Delegate Board. ICBA is the nation’s voice for community banks.

Rose Gruber, executive director of the Wisconsin Council on Problem Gambling, has been elected to a second term on the National Council on Problem Gambling Board of Directors and will serve as the co-chair of the National Affiliates Committee.

Sharon Borde joined Excelion Partners, technology consulting and solutions provider, as its client solutions director. Also, Karen Dickson joined the company as a technical resource manager and Ryan Moore joined as its applications solutions director.

Destination Kohler hired Ashley Kohler as manager of Yoga on the Lake, the yoga studio located at The Shops at Woodlake Kohler.

Miron Construction Co., Inc. announced new employees at its corporate headquarters in Neenah: Robert Paulsen was hired as an industrial project manager and Leah Cazella was hired as a masonry/erection coordinator. The company also hired Miguel Nieves as a warehouse operations laborer.

John Murphy, project executive for Miron, was selected as the “Construction Executive of the Year” by The Daily Reporter as part of its 2015 Newsmakers of the Year awards program.

Hometown Bank promoted  Sara Zwicky to vice president – controller.

The Appleton Housing Authority hired Tammy Boone as its executive coordinator.

BLC Community Bank hired Luke VanLankvelt, credit officer, and Vicki Running, assistant vice president-technology operations officer.

Dempsey Law Firm announced it hired two law clerks: Ashley Swick, an Ohio native, a third-year law student at Marquette University; and Sally Paul, a De Pere native, a second-year law student at Marquette University Law School.

Vehicle Security Innovators hired Becky Babiarz as a customer service representative.

Suzanne M. Linton, a board-certified adult nurse practitioner and nurse prescriber, joined Wise Woman Wellness! in De Pere.

Scholarships, Inc., a nonprofit serving area underrepresented students, announced Brent Roubal as the organization’s executive director.

Matt Wickstrom joined McMahon Group’s mechanical department at its Neenah headquarters as a mechanical systems designer.

Nicole Bowman, Bowman Performance Consulting, presented at both the Tribal Education Department’s National Assembly and The National Indian Education Association’s 46th Annual Convention and Trade Show in Portland, Ore.

Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group announced that Kevin Loosen of its Neenah office received the Excellence in Professionalism Award at the RANW Annual Membership & Election meeting held in September.

McKayla Dantoin, a senior in the Radiologic Sciences program, and Amber Runnoe, a senior in the Nursing 15-month program were awarded $12,000 scholarships at bellin College on behalf of the Rath Distinguished Scholarship provided by Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.

Nicholas L. Hahn joined the law firm of Steinhilber, Swanson, Mares, Marone, & McDermott as an associate attorney.

First Bank Financial Centre welcomed Scott Chicoine to its team as a mortgage lender.

GRAEF, a local engineering, planning and design firm, hired Mark Stammer as a process engineer with the firm’s Green Bay office.

ThedaCare announced several new physicians have joined the regional health care provider: Alisha Fahley, MD, a family medicine physician, will practice at ThedaCare Physicians-Shawano; Edgard A. Badine, MD, MBA, a hematologist and oncologist, will practice at ThedaCare Cancer Care in Appleton; Alisha Lowden-Sarauer, NP, is now on the medical staff of Appleton Medical Center as a nurse practitioner; Jim Spencer, MD, a family medicine physician, will practice at ThedaCare Physicians-Waupaca; and April Herbst, MD, an obstetrician and gynecologist, is now on the medical staff of Appleton Medical Center, Theda Clark Medical Center and Encircle Health.

Johnsonville Sausage promoted Cory Bouck to its international team as the regional director – Asia Pacific. Bouck previously served as the director of organizational development and learning.

Holy Family Memorial announced two additions to its team of providers: Mariam El-Baghdadi, MD, joined the HFM Pain Clinic; and ear, nose and throat physician Edward Smith, DO, joined the HFM network.

Agnesian HealthCare welcomed two new hospitalists to St. Agnes Hospital: Kofi Asiamah, MD, and Yaw Berko, MD.

Unity announced Brian L. Burnette, MD, a Green Bay Oncology hematologist and oncologist, joined its management committee.

KELLER, Inc., a Design/Build General Contractor with offices in the Fox Cities, Madison, Milwaukee and Wausau, hired Chris Manske as an architect and promoted Cole Teafoe to architectural and engineering services lead.

Agnesian HealthCare added Dr. Timothy Koch, DO, as an emergency medicine physician to the Agnesian Convenient Care Clinic, Fond du Lac.
