The Manitowoc Company Inc. announced Hubertus M. Muehlhaeuser as the chief executive officer of Manitowoc Foodservice Inc.

ThedaCare promoted Stacy Toyama to vice president of cancer care. In her new role, Toyama will be responsible for cancer care strategy and business planning. Additionally, ThedaCare named Ryan McCartney vice president of marketing. He replaces Jim Matheson, who was recently promoted to senior vice president of strategic planning

and marketing.

Dr. Jennifer Frank is the new senior medical director for ThedaCare Physicians. She replaces Dr. Mark Hallett, who was recently named chief operating officer for Appleton Medical and Theda Clark Medical centers. ThedaCare also hired Dr. Eric Winkel, a physician providing hospital care. Winkel specializes in internal medicine at Appleton Medical Center.

Dr. Randal Wojciehoski has been named medical director of Affinity Medical Group/Ministry Medical Group Employer Solutions. Wojciehoski has served as the medical

director of Ministry Medical Group Employer Solutions for several years.

Tim Stauss and Beth Durow have been promoted to the position of vice president at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust. The company also announced the addition of Elisa Rollo as vice president of deposit operation to its senior management team. Additionally, Jeff Bauman, chief investment officer, has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

First National Bank – Fox Valley hired Dominic Renteria as a regional branch manager.

Dane Vanden Heuvel has joined Cornerstone Business Services as a client accounts manager for Cornerstone’s

buy-side division.

Weidert Group announced the hire of Kelly Wilhelme and Jamie Malone as inbound marketing project managers, Jonathan Stanis as an inbound marketing specialist and BradLighthall as a social media specialist.

directors appointed Kevin Gilligan as Appvion’s chief executive officer. Gilligan had been serving as president of the company’s paper division.

MECA & Technology Machine Inc. of Green Bay has hired Kelly Coles as chief operating officer and director of business development, and Troy DeBauche as a manufacturing engineer.

The Green Bay office of M3 Insurance expanded to include Tom Schmidt as a business development executive. The

office also includes Mandy Elliot, who was promoted to account executive.

BriMark Builders, Oshkosh,  hired Cody Mathison as a project manager.

Dr. Brian-Fred M. Fitzsimmons has been appointed chairman of the department of neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Investors Community Bank, Manitowoc, announced the addition of Kaarin Long as cash management relationship manager and Curtis Gerrits as an agricultural banker. The bank has also added three interns: Rachel Schulz, Melissa Brandes and Lauren Kostello; and one youth apprentice: Christian Diaz.

Homeless Connections, Appleton, promoted Abby Jankowski to street outreach case manager. Jankowski has been employed at Homeless Connections as a house supervisor since 2008.

The Appleton Housing Authority hired Lori Van Handel as its new marketing/development director.

The Wisconsin Technical College System Board elected three officers: John Schwantes as board president, Mark Tyler as the board’s vice president and Phil Baranowski to continue as the board’s secretary.

Eric Augustine joined A.C.E. Building Service of Manitowoc as an estimator/project manager.

H.J. Martin and Son promoted Dustin DeGreef to the new position of commercial interiors estimator. The company also hired Theresa Guilette to its fixture installation division as a project coordinator, Angela Ver Duin to its design and sales team and Tag Gunnlaugsson to its residential installation team as a shower door technician.

Denmark State Bank announced the addition of the following employees: Kris Nystrom, marketing director; Katherine Lovin, deposit operations manager; and Deb Hribal, credit analyst III.

The Rotary Club of Appleton West elected new club officers and board members for 2015-2016: president Jeff Miles; president- elect Sarah Sklamberg; vice president Jan Davey; secretary Matt Ritter; treasurer Steve Predayna; and past president John Hendrickson. New club board members are Bob Kemps, Don Burich, Guy Bytof and

Bob Hatfield.

Agnesian HealthCare announced hospitalists Dr. Riyazuddin Mogalai and Dr. Marc Awada joined the staff at St. Agnes Hospital. The company also hired psychiatrist Dr. Joseph Chan to its Behavioral Health Services in Fond du Lac.

Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction Inc. announced Jesse Ray, Michael Babbitts, Annika Schuller-Rach, John Luzinski and Tom Ake have joined its staff.

Holy Family Memorial, Manitowoc, announced Veronica Hillock joined the family medicine staff as family nurse practitioner and Dr. Matthew McFarlane joined HFM’s general and vascular surgery team.

Amanda Olsen, PA, is now on the medical staff of Appleton Medical Center as a physician assistant. She is a member of the staff at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery.

Keller Inc., a design/build general contractor, announced the addition of Doug Schwalbe to its project management team. Schwalbe will be responsible for project sales in the Manitowoc and outlying areas.

Omni Glass & Paint Inc., Oshkosh, announced Michelle Martinez joined the company as human resource assistant.

School Specialty Inc. announced its board of directors added two new independent members, Gus D. Halas and Andrew E.Schultz.

UW-Green Bay appointed Ronald T. Pfeifer as associate chancellor for external affairs and chief of staff.

Candeo Creative, Oshkosh, hired three new employees: Morgan Short and Taylor Jacobson joined the team as full-time creative strategists, and Antonio Davis joined as a part-time communication specialist.

Bill Aubrey was named senior project architect at Bayland Buildings Inc. in Hobart.

Tweet/Garot Mechanical added three new employees: Jeff Balza and Erik Lambrecht to its CAD/BIM department and Paul Lentz as manager of the industrial piping department. The Green Bay company also promoted four employees: Sara Kaiser to service process/account manager, Shane Raymaker to industrial business development manager, Jennifer Schwartz to project accountant and Nic Sturdivant to project manager.

Cornerstone Business Services, Green Bay, added Amy LaSala to its staff as market analyst-executive assistant.

Marco Inc., Appleton,  announced the following new hires: Troy Wilker, copier delivery specialist and Scott Pelishek, technology advisor.

Dean Haen, director of Brown County Port & Resource Recovery, has been re-elected as board vice president for the American Great Lakes Ports Association. Haen will serve a two-year term.

Mark Rahmlow has been appointed vice president of public policy for the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce.

Miron Construction Co. Inc. hired three new warehouse operations laborers: Tyler Wegner, Matt O’Brien and Barry Domke.

Associated Bank announced additions to its Private Client & Institutional Services division: Jesse Nelson as vice president and personal trust relationship manager, Keith Peters as vice president and personal trust relationship manager, Douglas Welter as vice president and private banking relationship manager and Josh Smith as senior vice president of financial planning solutions.

The Community Blood Center has chosen Craig Franda of Miron Construction Co. Inc.’s warehouse operations as a coordinator of the year.

Agnesian HealthCare hired board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist Christina Calvello and ophthalmologist Adam Strittmatter to the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic.

PMI Entertainment Group hired Nicole Hoida as executive chef and Hanna Lindsay as catering manager at Backstage at the Meyer Theatre. The company also promoted Ryan Riess to director of information technology.

Hometown Bank hired Tim Beno as its executive vice president -commercial team leader. Beno represents Hometown’s second addition to its growing commercial leadership since March.

Ken Metzler, chairman and CEO of LaForce Inc., Green Bay, has been chosen as the recipient of the 2015 Founder’s Award from the Door and Hardware Institute.

Karen Widmar, director of the small business initiative and entrepreneur resource center at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, completed Gallup’s Coaching Entrepreneurial

Talents Course.

Northeast Wisconsin Technical College instructor John Zellner received the John B. Scola Instructor of the Year award by the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.

Bank of Luxemburg Vice President of Information Technology Joel Williquette recently graduated with a master’s degree in management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Pam Murphy, life enrichment/wellness coordinator at Touchmark, has earned the designation of Best Friends Master Trainer from Best Friends Approach.

Dr. Roderick Hubert, an internal medicine physician, joined Primary Care Associates of Appleton.

Prevea Health announced three new providers: Dr. Lorraine Jackson of Prevea Geriatric Medicine specializes in routine adult care, geriatric care and nursing home care; Dr. Jerald Marifke of Prevea Endocrinology specializes in a variety of services including male infertility, thyroid disease, thyroid cancer, pituitary disease, adrenal disease, osteoporosis and hyperthyroidism; and Dr. Chris Nelson, a licensed psychologist with Prevea Behavioral Care, specializes in psychological evaluations for patients age 6 through adulthood, as well as adolescent and adult therapy for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders and ADHD.
