Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport and Pilotsmith invite young aviation enthusiasts to the upcoming GRB Aviation Camp, a hands-on educational experience designed to introduce students to careers in aviation, aerospace and STEM-related industries.

The camp will provide participants with immersive aviation experiences including flight simulation, aircraft familiarization, aviation science activities and opportunities to learn directly from aviation professionals. The program is designed to inspire the next generation of pilots, mechanics, air traffic controllers, engineers and airport professionals while showcasing the growing opportunities available throughout the aviation industry.

“Programs like the GRB Aviation Camp are critical to building the future workforce of aviation,” said Pilotsmith President Charlie Smith. “Aviation is more accessible than ever before, and we want students to see the incredible opportunities available to them, whether they dream of becoming a pilot, technician, engineer or working in airport operations. This camp gives young people a chance to experience aviation firsthand and begin imagining a future in the industry.”

The camp reflects the ongoing partnership between GRB and Pilotsmith to expand aviation education and career awareness opportunities throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
