Plastics Engineering Company announced Adam Brotz as its new president.

Brotz was elected president by PLENCO’s Board of Directors. The change follows Michael Brotz’s transition from president to chief executive officer and continues a planned leadership transition for the family-owned company.

Brotz has spent three decades with Plenco, most recently as vice president of manufacturing where he worked closely with PLENCO’s manufacturing operations, technical teams, customers, and suppliers.

“I am honored by the confidence the board of directors has placed in me as PLENCO’s next president,” Brotz said. “Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege to grow within this organization and witness firsthand the strength of our people and our commitment to doing things the right way.”

He also recognized his father, Michael Brotz, for his years of dedication and leadership.

“Building on a 90-year legacy established by the generations before us, I take great pride in continuing a tradition rooted in integrity, hard work, innovation, and longstanding relationships,” Brotz said.
