Lawton joins co-hosts Ann Franz of the NEW Manufacturing Alliance and Kate Bruns of Insight on Manufacturing to talk candidly about his relationship with “the ghosts,” referring to the previous CEOs, as well as the challenges of taking over the business from his father in 2003.
Lawton also talks about the company’s feature this month on Bloomberg Television’s television program, “World’s Greatest!” A repeat of the episode will air at 1 p.m. this Saturday.
