Sara Cardinal has been named president of Premier Financial Credit Union as part of a planned leadership transition.
This appointment coincides with the upcoming retirement of Brad Grant, president chief executive officer, who will continue to serve as CEO through his retirement this summer to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.
“Sara has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to our members,” said Grant. “Throughout this transition, she has shown the skills and dedication necessary to successfully lead Premier Financial Credit Union into the future, and we are confident in her ability to do so.”
Cardinal has 15 years of service with Premier, most recently served as senior vice president and chief lending officer.
She holds both the Certified Credit Union Executive and Certified Credit Union Business Lending Professional designations from America’s Credit Unions.
