The Prevea Appleton Health Center at 10 E. College Ave., Suite 110, in Fox Commons will open Dec. 2.
The Prevea Appleton Health Center is Prevea’s second new location in the Fox Valley, following the opening of the Prevea Grand Chute Health Center, 3750 N. Investors Court, Grand Chute, in 2022. The new health center will help meet additional health care needs of the Fox Valley by increasing patient access to behavioral care and physical therapy services.

Meeting our patients’ needs is something we continually strive for at Prevea and that’s why we felt it was important to open this new location in downtown Appleton.”
The Prevea Appleton Health Center is in downtown Appleton inside the Fox Commons building. It is best to park on the north side of the building on West Washington Street or park in the Yellow/East Parking Ramp. Once you enter the Fox Commons north entrance off of Washington and North Oneida Street, follow the signs to the Prevea Health Center, which will be down a hallway on the left.
