Progress Lakeshore is now accepting applications for its 2025-2026 Circles of SevenTM cohort, a unique business mentorship program designed to help small business owners connect, learn, and grow together.

The application deadline is Sept. 21. Apply at progresslakeshore.org/circles-of-seven.

C7TM brings together small business owners and a mentor to provide guidance, support, and shared experiences. The program helps participants navigate challenges, answer common business questions, and find encouragement in a community of peers who understand the entrepreneurial journey.

C7TM is open to small businesses that have been in operation for at least 12 months, are legally organized, and have a product or service in the market. Participants must be an owner or senior decision-maker responsible for business operations and finances.

The cohort runs from September through June (with no December session). Meetings, lasting a minimum of 90 minutes, include monthly topics, resources, and open discussions that allow participants to dive into real challenges their businesses face. The program concludes with a graduation event where participants are recognized for their commitment and growth.

For 2025-2026, Progress Lakeshore will host two C7TM groups—one in Manitowoc and one in Kiel. Space is limited to just 12 participants between both groups. The one-time program fee is $180.
