Promote Pulaski explores $8M Barnyard Estates project

Promote Pulaski will conduct a feasibility study of a business and service hub for the community that it estimates will cost $8 million.

Barnyard Estates is centered around the concept of a barn-like structure that will include a commons area, meetings rooms, space for small businesses, recreational space and a heritage center. The exact components of the Barnyard Estates will be determined during a feasibility study that is being launched with community meetings in early December.

The study will be instrumental in shaping the business plan, securing grants, funding, and financial support. It will provide potential tenants with essential data on the community’s needs and desires.

Promote Pulaski invites residents, or individuals working in Pulaski and nearby communities, including senior citizens, district teachers, small businesses, corporations, and even students to actively participate in this study. There are two ways to contribute:

  • In-person Sessions: Attend one of two engaging in-person sessions which will both be held a Premier Community Bank, 745 WI-32 in Pulaski. The first session will be held Dec. 5 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Supper will be provided by Promote Pulaski. Registration is required. The second focus group session/meeting will take place Dec. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch will also be included for all participants.
  • Online Survey: An online survey will be available at barnyardestates.com.

Participants attending either the in-person sessions or completing the online survey will automatically be entered into a drawing for exciting prizes. Winners will be randomly selected after each event and after the survey has closed on Dec. 8.
