Propel Oshkosh has helped countless young professional members forge friendships, advance careers, launch businesses, serve in public office, and build roots in the community.
Founded to support individuals in their 20s and 30s as they grow personally and professionally, Propel has introduced a refreshed strategic vision, an updated membership structure, expanded programming, and a calendar of events designed to engage and inspire.
Upcoming Propel Events:
- June 18 – Morning networking and tour at E-Power Marketing’s riverfront office
- June 25 – Waterfront Happy Hour at TJ’s Harbor, co-hosted with Young Professionals of Fond du Lac
- Meet-and-greet with new UW Oshkosh Chancellor Manohar Singh,
- Lunch with leaders from XRoad41 to explore how the popular music festival comes together each year
A new membership structure for Propel is open to individuals for just $75 per year, with many local employers covering the cost as an investment in their workforce. Membership includes free access to networking events, professional development opportunities, and connections with both peers and established community leaders through the Oshkosh Chamber.
For companies with a larger base of young talent, Propel offers Employer Sponsorships, allowing businesses to purchase and assign multiple memberships to staff members. These sponsorships are a powerful tool for retention, community engagement, and leadership development.
