Prevea Health President and CEO Dr. Ashok Rai was one of two new appointees to the UW Board of Regents. Gov. Tony Evers appointed Rai along with Brianna Tucker, a student at UW-Stevens Point and one of two UW System student appointees. Evers also reappointed Regent John W. Miller. These appointments fill the vacancies created by the expiration of two former appointees’ terms on May 1.

In addition to his leadership role at Prevea, Rai has served as the chair of the American Medical Group Association Board, is a member of the American College of Physicians, the UW-Green Bay Chancellor’s Council of Trustees, Downtown Green Bay Inc. and the Automobile Gallery, and serves as the chairman of the board for the Weidner Center.
