Renaissance by Rennes–Appleton, 301 E. Florida St., broke ground on a renovation and expansion project aimed at redefining comfort, connection, and care for seniors in the Fox Valley.
“This groundbreaking is more than just a renovation—it’s a renewal of our promise to the seniors who have trusted us for nearly 30 years,” said Nikki Schingick, President, Rennes Group.
Highlights of the planned updates include:
- A walkout rooftop patio addition
- A newly designed main entrance and reception area
- Dining room enhancements
- Interior remodels with fresh finishes, updated flooring, and new furnishings in all common areas
- A newly designed pub space
- Upgraded laundry rooms
- An expanded kitchen
- Revised and improved office space
Construction is expected to continue through the middle of next year.
