Originally founded from a partnership with the Bay Area Workforce Development Board, Brown County Library, Nicolet Federated Library System, and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, JobPod announced a partnership with Microsoft in October of last year, and is currently expanding its pilot program to library sites throughout the state of Wisconsin.

The new site opening at Brown County Weyers-Hilliard Branch Library will be the second JobPod in Brown County; the very first JobPod opened at the Brown County East Branch Library March 2024. Learn more about the Wisconsin JobPod program in the March issue of Insight.

Just by visiting their local library, community members will gain access to workforce development experts via a virtual connection. JobPod breaks down barriers such as transportation and internet availability, clearing the way for job seekers to connect with job search services frequently and with confidence.
