Verve, a Credit Union announced the appointment of Cyrene Wilke as its new chief operations officer. Wilke joins Verve from Horicon Bank, where she served as chief operations and information officer.
In her new role, Wilke will provide strategic leadership and oversee Verve’s operational infrastructure. She will ensure that processes, systems and service delivery align with organizational goals, compliance expectations and member experience standards.
