EP-Direct, Inc., Fond du Lac, announced the promotion of Heather Krebsbach, formerly vice president of operations, to president. Krebsbach will oversee the company’s strategic direction, operations and growth as it strives to deliver unparalleled service to its clients.
“I am honored to lead such a talented team and continue to deliver exceptional value and service to our customers,” Krebsbach said.
Krebsbach served as vice president of operations for several years, and worked in the signs division for more than 15 years. During her tenure, she grew the sign production team and streamlined operations throughout the company, increasing efficiency and driving revenue growth.
