Fox Communities Credit Union has promoted Michele Stumpf to senior vice president of operations.
In this role, Stumpf will provide leadership to multiple teams within Fox, including ATM and operations, member payment systems, member support center and retail resource.
Stumpf has been with Fox for 33 years and has extensive experience in various operational functions. Since 2021, she has served as the vice president of retail-branch operations. Stumpf has provided leadership to the member support center, quality control and BSA teams.
“I am grateful to be given the opportunity to lead the operations teams at Fox as the senior vice president of operations. I am truly impressed with the level of knowledge and dedication of these team members,” Stumpf said. “Building on the great work that this amazing team has started, I look forward to working with them on new initiatives and enhancing current processes to create an exceptional experience for our members and team members.”
