Will Flett joined ThedaCare as chief financial officer.
Officials say Flett will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure ThedaCare has the proper operational controls, procedures and people in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
“Through growth opportunities and working collaboratively with ThedaCare executive leaders, team members, partners and community members, the organization can continue the important work that has positive impact in the communities we serve,” Flett said.
Flett received a master of business administration and a bachelor of science in health services administration from the University of South Dakota.
Flett most recently served as the vice president of finance at Aspirus Health. He has also held various financial leadership roles at numerous hospital systems in the Midwest.
Mark Thompson, current chief operating officer and chief financial officer of ThedaCare, will transition to serve as chief transformation investment officer in the new structure created by Froedtert Health and ThedaCare’s planned combined organization, which is expected to launch at the beginning of the new year.
