St. Norbert College will launch four new majors, a 4+1 MBA program and new concentrations in fall 2026, pending approval by the Higher Learning Commission.

- Exercise science
- 4+1 MBA program
New concentrations within the communication and media studies major:

- Public image and promotion
“These additions demonstrate our commitment to preparing students for meaningful lives and impactful careers.” said President Laurie Joyner. “They reflect confidence in our faculty, who are leading these efforts, and our dedication to serving students through academic innovation.”
The college’s decision follows a strategic review of its academic offerings to ensure they align with student interests and emerging career opportunities. According to Deloitte’s 2025 Higher Education Outlook, institutions that adapt programs to meet student interest and workforce demand are best positioned to thrive. Similarly, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business notes that career-aligned, skills-based programs remain a top higher education trend for 2025.
The new majors, MBA pathway and concentrations will give students hands-on learning experiences, align with in-demand careers and enhance their job market readiness.
“These programs were developed by our faculty or RIZE Partners, who are experts in their fields and deeply committed to student success,” said Anindo Choudhury, Interim Vice President and Chief Academic Officer. “The new programs build on St. Norbert College’s strengths while addressing the needs of today’s students and employers.”
