Stevens Construction Corp. has expanded its construction services in the Northeast Wisconsin market with several noteworthy multifamily projects.
Those include The Promenade in Ashwaubenon, a 55+ active adult living community; NOVA Apartments in Green Bay; and Mill on Main in Oshkosh.
Stevens has leased a 3,000-square-foot office in Appleton at 47 Park Place, Suite 850, within the Park Place Business Park. Renovations are currently underway with completion scheduled for April 2026.
“Creating quality spaces where people can live, work, and play drives us as a company,” said President and CEO Mark Rudnicki. “Establishing a new office in Northeast Wisconsin strengthens our connection to the region and enhances our ability to support the communities we serve.”
Brian Olesen, a long-time Appleton resident, is leading Stevens’ business development efforts in the Northeast Wisconsin region. He has over 25 years of experience, with 10 years in a business development role.
Olesen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor of science degree in Geological Engineering and Geology.
