Tom and Steve Lonsway, owners of Stone Arch Brewpub, Stone Arch Tied House and Cafe Aquila, have been honored with as Outstanding Restaurateurs of the Year by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association’s Big Four Chapter. This award recognizes their commitment and service to the culinary industry and the community.
For over five decades, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association has celebrated the contributions of leaders in the culinary industry. Tom and Steve Lonsway have exemplified excellence in every aspect of their work, setting a standard for exceptional service and dedication in the foodservice industry.
