A Legacy of Community Support

At Boldt, we are guided by a simple belief: When we invest in people, good things will happen. Our purpose is to create extraordinary opportunities for our employees, customers, business partners and communities where we live, work and play. We recognize that our success is deeply connected to theirs.

Supporting our neighbors and strengthening our communities isn’t just part of our business; it’s part of our identity. Each year, Boldt contributes to hundreds of nonprofit organizations, from local charities to educational programs. We prioritize causes that matter most to our employees and business associates, whether that’s supporting veterans, advancing the arts or empowering youth, for example. We know that when we support causes our people care deeply about, our impact becomes truly lasting.

Boldt’s involvement with the PAC started with Oscar C. Boldt and other community leaders championing its creation long before it was built by Boldt in 2000. Oscar believed the PAC would bring economic vitality to the Fox Valley by enriching the quality of life through entertainment and cultural activities. Boldt has continued to sustain Oscar’s passion for the PAC, serving as a Leader Partner for the PAC’s Annual Partners Program, Series Title Partner for the Boldt Arts Alive! Series and Presenting Sponsor of the annual Gala. In addition, our leadership (including Tom Boldt and Dave Kievet) have and are serving as members of the PAC’s board of directors, helping to guide the PAC’s mission of enhancing understanding and appreciation of live performing arts.

Habitat For Humanity

Boldt has long been a supporter of Habitat for Humanity locally as well as nationally. In 2025, Boldt collectively provided more than $150,000 in financial support and countless volunteer hours to Habitat projects across the country. Nowhere was this commitment more evident than in Boldt’s full sponsorship of a Habitat home in Appleton, which the team named “Operation Home Sweet Home.” In total, 156 Boldt volunteers contributed nearly 1,300 hours of volunteer build time to make the dream of home ownership a reality for the Bee & Kao family. Habitat for Humanity staff were moved by Boldt’s dedication; one local Habitat supervisor remarked that Boldt volunteers came with “amazing attitudes” and were always willing to go “above and beyond” to help.
