For nearly two decades, Insight has been an essential resource and connector for business leaders in Northeast Wisconsin. As I mark my one-year anniversary with the company, my commitment to this legacy is stronger than ever.
I am proud to lead the team, reinforcing our commitment to community media. Our goal is to be the trusted cornerstone for business knowledge in our region, and we are working to make that voice even stronger and more immediate.
You’re seeing that commitment right now in the redesigned publication you’re holding. Along with our fresh look, we’ve introduced a new department called “The Brief,” which features quick-hit stories on the latest industry trends in order to deliver you more timely and relevant print coverage. We have also incorporated a robust Insight on Manufacturing section into each monthly issue in order to provide more coverage of one of our region’s largest industries, making what was once a bimonthly publication monthly.
Insight prides itself on our comprehensive coverage of Northeast Wisconsin’s diverse industry landscape, and it’s with this focus that we introduce the inaugural Insight on Philanthropy, mailed along with this November issue (visit insightonbusiness.com/philanthropy to learn more). This special publication spotlights the nonprofit and social sector, which serves as both a vital lifeline to so many in our community and a major driver of our region’s economy.
We deeply value the trust you place in us. To our partners, our dedicated team and especially to you, our readers: Our work continues. We are not just sharing the story of Northeast Wisconsin business; we are an active, committed partner in its success.
“As publisher, my focus is on fortifying Insight’s core purpose for the future with a clear strategic plan.” – Angela O’Kray, Insight publisher
