Forty-one young companies will pitch to potential investors and others throughout the course of the in-person Nov. 13-14 Wisconsin Early Stage Symposium.

Among them are AppEase, Green Bay; Phoenix-Aid, Oshkosh; and MyTalentPlanner, Green Bay;

That includes 23 companies selected by conference organizers to present Nov. 13 during the Tech Council Investor Networks tracks and 18 more picked for the fast-moving Elevator Pitch Olympics on Nov. 14. More than 50 companies from across the Midwest applied to present at the annual conference, to meet with investors through the Investor Intros track or both.

The Tech Council Investor Network tracks will feature companies making five-minute presentations during two sessions, morning and afternoon. Selected TCIN companies cover a range of technologies, from a mix of health-care technologies to advanced materials for new products, and from workforce solutions to pet care. One company among the 23 in the TCIN will be picked to take part in the Startup World Cup’s 2025 conference, where the grand prize winner will take home a $1 million investment.

The 18 companies selected for the Elevator Pitch Olympics will deliver 90-second pitches and be scored by a panel of investor judges. In addition to the judges’ feedback, participants will also be scored by members of the audience for selection of a “People’s Choice” award. The Elevator Pitch Olympics are sponsored by Business Fitness and the awards are sponsored by Madison Development Corp.

Over the last five years, more than 50 companies that pitched at the conference have raised at least one round of angel or venture capital. The conference will also feature:
