Tom Boldt, Chairman of The Boldt Group, has retired after a 50-year career with Boldt.
A fourth-generation leader, Tom Boldt joined the family construction business in 1976. Like his father, Oscar C. Boldt, he championed a people-first culture, built on trust, collaboration, ethical business and respect.
Tom Boldt has been widely recognized as an industry leader for advancing innovation, Lean construction and continuous improvement, and above all, making the safety and well-being of Boldt employees his highest priority. His honors include being named a National Academy of Construction Inductee, UW Lifetime Achievement Award recipient from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Construction Club and Wisconsin Council of Safety Hall of Fame award recipient.
Tom Boldt has been a sustainability champion, bringing the benefits of sustainable construction to Boldt customers,
employees and communities across the country. He was honored as a Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce Friend of the Environment.

Tom Boldt’s commitment to philanthropy, community development and global impact has helped to extend Boldt values beyond job sites. A supporter of the arts and culture, Tom Boldt was recognized with a Rotary Paul Harris Award.

He will continue serving as Chairman of The Boldt Group Board of Directors and other
volunteer boards.
