UnitedHealthcare and Ascension Wisconsin have come to a new multi-year agreement to once again ensure patients have in-network coverage at Ascension Wisconsin hospitals, according to Wisconsin Public Radio.
The new deal is effective immediately and retroactive to Oct. 1, the day insured members lost their coverage.
The deal restores access for people enrolled in UnitedHealthcare’s commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans.
