The collaboration enables Unity and Meadowbrook to meet the growing demand for hospice care delivery.
The Unity Sunset Wing at Meadowbrook, located at 100 E Highland Drive, Oconto Falls, provides around-the-clock hospice care until the end-of-life, as well as for temporary caregiver relief. Staff provide medical, emotional, spiritual, and grief support. There are amenities such as private and semi-private rooms, freshly prepared meals, and a family gathering area. Visits from family, friends, and pets are welcome at any time.
