St. Norbert College’s CEO Breakfast Series continues April 1 with Rob Zerjav, president/CEO and managing partner of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. Zerjav’s presentation was originally scheduled for March 12, but has been rescheduled to April 1. Those who registered for the event have been notified about the date change.

The breakfast is scheduled for 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Fox Cities Stadium. Register now.

A native of Green Bay, and graduate of UW-Whitewater,  Zerjav began his career with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers baseball club as an unpaid intern before rising to team president at the age of 27. In 2021, Zerjav became part owner of the team, along with his business partners Craig Dickman and Brad Raaths.

Under Rob’s leadership, the Timber Rattlers were named Baseball America’s Single “A” Team of the Year, the Midwest League’s Organization of the Year and Ballpark Digest’s Ballpark of the Year, along with numerous Minor League Promotion of the Year awards including the Larry MacPhail Award, which is Minor League Baseball’s highest achievement for promotional excellence. Zerjav has been recognized as Midwest League Executive of the Year in 2007, 2012 and 2018, and Baseball America’s Minor League Baseball Executive of the Year in 2023.

Over its 26 years in existence, St. Norbert’s CEO Breakfast series has hosted more than 200 senior leaders who have shared their insights with attendees from across the New North region. The series highlights a wide range of industries, and audiences gather valuable perspectives on themes such as talent development, entrepreneurship, change management, innovation and technology, and succession management.

The series, which is presented by the college’s Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics, will be hosted at several new venues around the region. The 2024-25 season concludes May 22 with Rashad Cobb, chief operating officer at Brown County United Way, presenting on “The Responsibility of Leadership.”
