Elior Inc.’s contract with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh will end at the end of the academic year, leading the dining services company to layoff all 155 employees.
Elior notified the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development about the layoffs in a letter Nov. 3. According to the letter, all employees are expected to be separated from employment beginning on May 17, 2026.
