The Outagamie County Conflict Resolution Center invites community members to become volunteer mediators as it expands its free conflict resolution services across the region.
The Conflict Resolution Center provides confidential mediation to help individuals and groups resolve disputes peacefully. From family disagreements to workplace issues, OCCRC’s trained volunteers guide participants toward mutual understanding and practical solutions.
“We’re seeing a growing need for mediation in our community,” said Douglas Haase, Executive director of OCCRC. “We’re looking for volunteers who care about helping others and want to be part of something truly impactful.”
No prior experience is necessary. The Conflict Resolution Center offers comprehensive training and ongoing support for all volunteers.
