The Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce has selected interim executive director Jorge Antezana to fill the role, the nonprofit organization.
“I am honored to take on this new role and excited to continue working alongside our dedicated team and partners to advance the mission of the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce,” Antezana said in a press release. “Together, we will strive to create more opportunities for Latino businesses and foster economic growth throughout our great state.”
Antezana was the Chamber’s vice president of operations before becoming interim executive director. He has been a part-time instructor at Madison College and a mentor with the SCORE business entrepreneur program.
The board of directors, which selected Antezana, cited his “exceptional leadership skills and a deep commitment to the success of our organization.”
“We have full confidence in Jorge’s ability to lead the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce to new heights and further strengthen our impact throughout the state of Wisconsin,” board chair Marcio Sierra Jr. said in a press release.
