Wolf River Development Company for years has envisioned a centralized, expanded office space for its staff.
The team held a groundbreaking for a three-story, 21,100-square-foot facility on Go Around Road in Keshena at the end of September. The building will include a drive through coffee shop and retail space as well as office space for business incubation.
It will replace existing offices and is expected to be completed in 2025.
Immel Construction is the construction manager and McMahon is the architect.
The purpose of the Wolf River Development Company is to investigate, review, consider, pursue and conduct any nongaming commercial activity of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
