Wolf River Development Company now has a centralized, expanded office space for its staff.

There will be a ribbon cutting Oct. 3 for the new facility, located on Go Around Road in Keshena.

Immel Construction served as the construction manager and McMahon served as the architect. The 21,100-square-foot, three-story building incorporates several functions including a drive through coffee shop, retail rental space, and housing the organization’s existing locations into one.

“It is exciting anytime an organization breaks ground on a new home. It is even more special when the eventual users play such a huge role in the future development of local business,” said Paul Martzke, President of Immel Construction
